The second time I have received a call from this number. When I answer, just silence. No clicks. No noises. Nothing. Check the phone display and the call was terminated upon answering.
My personal feeling is it is the wrong side of "unknown" and suspicious. Also, the format of the phone number reeks of big business ;-) -

this number keeps calling me and asking for a person that i dont even know. the more I tell them I dont know this person the more they tell me this is the number the person gave them. With all the new credit act laws do proper backround checks on your customers please. I have had my cell number for over 3 years and this person only opened up his account last year. If not go and do an ITC check please but stop phoning me.
