I ordered you to start debiting the money that I dont even know of what is it for fom 01 August 2015. and you decided to deduct today at 02:00 in the morning.I want that flipping R302.00 of mine to be reversed as in now. You have even inconvenienced me, I am out of bugdet because of your patheticness.

September 2014 I received a disturbing call from to pay Maluti-a phofong and agreed to pay R500 each month,for a start I pay R1500(Aug),R1000,R8000,R1000,R500,R600,R1000,R500(Jan).The reason I'm sick and tired of your call and sms even I explain to your staff but you keep on harassing me if you have a problem please consult the Municipality and leave me alone.I hope your head will start to functioning properly

I stopped paying my bill because some people with ANC t-shirts came in my house and promised that next year which was the year we voted2014 they are going to instal meters for water. And as I was paying, the amount I was paying was increasing every months.e.g you pay R300.00 this month and next month it increase toR400.00. I went to the office to arrange for payment then they told me that I must pay otherwise court case.
