Illegal spam or scam call, by someone claiming to be from some unknown "financial institution" and sounds like the pitch was about to offer some loan or bond .
Everything smelled like a scam.
Aggressive person answering questions evasively and dishonestly and straight out lies as to where they got the number.
Uses scammer cold reading techniques by pretending you applied for a bond at their institution years ago and that's how they supposedly have your details and why they claim the call is not illegal - total bullshit and lies.
It tried to "verify" details like address and name etc - which obviously I refused since it screamed scammer.
